You’ll be the heart and soul of brilliant shopping experiences. Inspiring your team to be better every day, you’ll create a buzzing atmosphere. Leading by example, you’ll make sure customers are looked after, check-outs are running smoothly and stock is on the shelves. You will make sure everything is in its right place, so shopping is easy. And you’ll really get to know people - your colleagues, your customers and the community.
Every day, you’ll walk the aisles in important shoes. The Store Manager will rely on you, to help them run the place. They’ll give you lots of support, and plenty of responsibility. You’ll keep on thinking about how we can do things better for our customers. You’ll support and motivate your team too, making sure each individual will do a great job.
And if you’re new to a leadership role, don’t worry. The structured training programme with the use of our specialist Convenience Training College will give you absolutely all the skills and confidence you need.
